Employees occupy a very important place in an organization because of their contribution to the production process. Employees play a very indefinable role both in the achievement of various organizational goals and objectives as well as the Government income (Tax). However, for employees to perform their role effectively and efficiently there must exist a strong relationship between the employer and employee of such organizations. Although a conflict in any organization is inevitable, it must be noted that conflicts between employers and employees must be reduced through a peaceful collective bargaining process to ensure smooth operation in the business of the organization.
